Do I need a patch test?

Yes — if you're booking any colour service or lash/brow tinting and it's been more than 6 months since your last appointment with us (or you're a new client), we'll need to do a quick patch test at least 48 hours before. It only takes a minute and keeps you safe.

What if I'm late?

We'll always do our best to fit you in. If you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so we don't keep the next client waiting. A quick call to let us know is hugely appreciated.

How do I book?

Easiest way is online — tap any Book Online button on the site and you'll be straight in. You're also very welcome to call the salon on 01642 886138 and we'll get you booked in.

Do you take walk-ins?

We'll always try our best, but the salon is mainly appointment-only so we can give every client the unhurried time they deserve. Pop in or give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may be charged 50% of the appointment cost — your booking fee secures your time with us.

How early should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment is perfect. It gives you time to settle in, hang your coat, grab a drink and relax before we start.
