Patch Tests & Consultations

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities — that's why we recommend patch tests and consultations.

  • Patch tests

    A patch test is required 24–48 hours before certain colour services to check for any potential allergic reactions. Without a valid patch test we may not be able to carry out your colour service.

  • Consultations

    A consultation allows us to understand your hair history, lifestyle and goals so we can create the best possible outcome for you. For major transformations or new clients, a consultation is highly recommended.

Payments

Payment is required at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, card payments and online payments where applicable.

  • Booking fee

    A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This is taken off the cost of your treatment on the day.

  • Non-refundable

    Booking fees are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Prices may vary

    All prices are subject to change and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, extra time or additional product usage.

Cancellations

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • You can easily manage your appointments through our online booking system at any time.

We completely understand emergencies happen, and we always try to be fair and understanding wherever possible.

No-Shows

  • If you do not attend your appointment without contacting us, this is considered a no-show.

  • A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

  • Future appointments may require a 50% booking deposit before securing your appointment time.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in online booking restrictions.

As a small business, missed appointments have a huge impact on our team and availability — so we truly appreciate your understanding.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate you where possible. Please be aware that arriving late may mean:

  • Your appointment needs to be shortened.

  • Certain parts of the service may not be possible.

  • Your appointment may need to be rearranged.

This helps us stay on time for all clients throughout the day. Please also understand that occasionally we may run slightly behind due to the nature of salon work, but we will always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Refunds & Rectifications

  • No refunds

    Due to the time, products and services provided, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments or services.

  • Your satisfaction matters

    If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a correction appointment.
